Anyway to bypass passcode on iOS 9 to reset iPhone

I was setting up my iPhone. I put in a passcode twice. The same one I have been using for years. I had to do a backup and restore via iTunes because iCloud won't work. Well here I am trying to get in my phone and the passcode doesn't work. Now I have a new phone I can't use. Obviously I typed it wrong twice which is weird but I guess I did. Anyway to reset this and start anew?
