Anyone let their Apple devices create their password for them?

Never, I have always created and managed my own passwords.

Nah. I speak 5 languages, I get really creative with spelling, my passwords are giant headaches for anyone not crazy enough to be in my head

I've been creating my own for years. I use a system that helps me remember many of them, and have had no issues. I keep the 150+ passwords in 1Password. Many are also in Keychain.

LOL, I'm not this important where I need 150+ passwords...LOL. I have been using my own passwords forever, not going to change now.

I use the same 3 or 4 passwords in all my apps/accounts or wherever.
I have them saved in an excel file.
Security by obscurity. Meh.
