Anyone getting Kroger Pay to work with iPhone 13?

Just upgraded to iPhone 13 from iPhone 12 and now my Kroger Pay is not working. Keep getting error Code KC2617 "Can't complete request". Nothing is changed between my 13 and my settings on the 12 so I'm only assuming this is a problem being caused by the new hardware & OS.

Unfortunately Fry's Food doesn't take Apple Pay or this wouldn't be an issue.

Update: I reinstalled my phone from a backup and it's working now. Originally all the information was copied from my previous phone by putting them side by side.
