Anyone else's order status reading "technical difficulty"?

ugh....ordered last night at 2:50 a.m. and was number #1360...but when I check the status of my order it says this..

We have experienced technical difficulty while processing your order.
Please contact Us.


I called VZW and the woman said everything had gone through and my bank said the money was taken from my account...now I am worrying something will go wrong....has this happened to anyone else?

she also said that my order read shipped...and that anything before 4 pm would ship today...and then quickly back tracked and said it would arrive on the 10th...

mine just says pre, then below it says this order is for a product not currently available in our warehouse.... My order numbers is like mb555556 digits long
