Anyone else having problems backing up to iCloud since iOS 9 on their their devices?

Anyone else having problems backing up to iCloud since iOS 9 on their their Devices? Or I'm I the only one? I've done everything rebooted the phone everything is turned correctly! This just a bug in the new software?????   

Us, I just noticed that my Apple ID password is no longer recognized after the update to 9!!!!!!

Strange but once it did the iCloud Photo Library since I got started it up it was able to do the backup. Before that it said no data

Thanks guys for getting back to me not a lot of news here in England I'll just have to wait for an update although it's definitely messing around re updating to iCloud and pictures ! From one device to another ! I.e iPad to iPhone etc! Once I updated my iPhone took a while to do it worked for a day then messed up! Decided on updating my iPad and that did the same could not back up to ICloud and then would pass pictures from the iPad to my phone! And. Vice versa! Everything else fine all apps documents contacts no problem ! Just the update to iCloud and pictures between to two so I updated again an hour ago for it to work but for how long since my iPhone 3GS ,4S , 5S tv iPad 2 now on iPad Air in all the iOS updates never had a problem touch wood but this has got me ! And me my kids and partner all update to the new iOS at the same time no one else affected! But as a whole I do enjoy being an customer and hopefully we should see an update soon! Thanks for putting my mind at rest guys

iCloud back up doesn't work at all with iOS 9 on my iPad Air or iPhone 6 Plus
