Anyone else experiencing this paralax issue?

It seems like every few times I leave a app and go back to the home screen, i get this weird hitch. Like. The paralax will freeze and then a second later starts to work. This makes the background twitch. It's kind of jarring and I'm wondering if this is a issue only I'm experiencing. I did two full restores to see if that fixes it, but it's still doing it. Could this be due to the accelerometer issues that have been reported with the 5S?

This is in fact a common issue with ios7 and the 5s. It has been documented multiple times on this forum and the Apple forms too. It is widely to believed to be a software issue. Mine does it all the time. A temporary fix is shutting off parallax.

Parallax is something I don't use. However I believe it isn't perfect yet. iOS 7.1 will most likely fix this.

I have another question that might be dumb. But can there be any software damage or other damage from doing two factory restores in the span of two days? I'm just a but paranoid that doing it too much might cause glitches or something or slow performance.

Yes. It will start randomly crashing and turn into a Samsung phone....

Kidding. No. It won't hurt it.
