Any Way to Speed Up an iPhone 4 on iOS 7?

My iPhone is very sluggish ever since I first installed iOS 7. I tried getting rid of my tv shows, but that didn't really help. Anyone know a way to speed it up?

From what I've heard the iPhone 4 is a bit sluggish running iOS7.

I know a couple people running iOS7 on their iPhone 4's, and theirs seem to be a bit sluggish as well. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be much you can do about it.

No, I think they have it disabled automatically for the iPhone 4

I have an iPhone 4 running the new software. I have everything turned down or off as suggested on this and tons of other forums. I think the iOS 7 and above just wasn't made for the 4's hardware or something. I love/hate my iPhone. Waiting for the iPhone 6 to come out (whenever) to get a new one!

How long have you had your iPhone 4? Mine is from launch day. Pre-ordered of course. It's almost 4 years old, and I agree that it should have stayed on 6. And the iPad 1 should have gotten 6

Thank God iOS 7.1 speeds it up, but I still wish that iOS 7 was only an optional update for the iPhone 4, as the whole design is ruined by the lack of transparency like on the 4S and 5/S/C

I'm liking the speed improvements that came with 7.1 but I still wish for the 6.0 days. Wish they could add the IPhone 4 to the list available for Whited00r types of mods. Perhaps one day.
