Any suggestions on getting the viber sticker market to open?

hello,
i have iphone 5C and viber was working fine on it then few weeks ago sticker market stopped working. when i open it it says loading and never does. tried deactivating then reactivating my account and it didn't work so i tried to uninstall and re-install viber altogether and nothing works.
any suggestions?

Retry uninstalling then reboot then reinstall



Also where the stickers an in app purchase if so you need to restore your purchase after you reinstall
