Any idea why my iPhone 5 will not vibrate even after replacing?

Hello I have a bit of a problem, the vibrate function in my iPhone 5 doesn't work, even after replacement, reset, and tapping the vibrator. Any suggestions to fix this? Nothing else on the iPhone is malfunctioning

I wish I could help you. Only suggestion I have is check for any physical irregularities from and to the vibrator.

Have you checked in Accessibility > Vibrate? If it's off there, you won't get it.
