As far as i know the cables are exactly the same. No worries with interchanging them between devices.

You know, I called Apple because with the bump up to 2100mAh for the 6 and even larger batter for the Plus you'd think a stronger charger would be necessary. They advised the original lighting chargers for the 5s will work. I compared the new charger for the 6 and 5s and they are the same volts/amps on the unit plug.

I'm pretty sure they're the same, I wouldn't worry about using them interchangeably

They should be the same, I can use the one from my rMini to charge my 6 and vice versa

Yes, that's correct. I believe the Plus is just over 2900 over 3000.

Yes, the iPad and iPhone charger blocks are fully compatible with all iPhones.
