Annoying dumb blues question marks in safari

Ipad: IPad mini 3
Browser: Safari
Device version: IOS 8.1

Problem: I used to be able to view this captcha and complete it in this one of a kind quiz site I loved, and now the captcha shows up as a BLUE QUESTION MARK IN A BOX

Help...

A note that google ignores Everytime: I AM NOT DOWNLOADING ANY APPS, ETC

Safari is interpreting the website's code and sees that an image should be displayed. For an unknown reason, the image is not available on the site you are visiting. So Safari displays the question mark. Other browsers would handle the problem the same way, although the temporary symbol they use may be different.
