Animoji says that audio is in use by another app

I just got the iPhone X yesterday. Animoji isn’t working because it says another app is using the audio. I can’t find any other app that’s using audio, though.

I just got the iPhone X yesterday. Animoji isn’t working because it says another app is using the audio. I can’t find any other app that’s using audio, though.

If you're streaming music on your iPhone X while trying to use the Animoji feature, you will have to stop playing the music first.

Also be sure any videos are stopped. They could be in YouTube, Facebook or anywhere. You may not hear the sounds, but the video may still be open.
