An app I paid for isn't working

iMore Question

I downloaded an app on the App Store on my iPhone 6 and I paid 0.99 for it. When I click on the app I goes to a black screen with a white line across it. His has never happened to me before on any of my apps and even in my other phones I had. I cleared it from my recent apps, deleted it and re dowloaded it and it still won't work. Can I get a refund please??

Alternatively if you would like to keep and use the app I would try turning off the phone and back on again. Sometimes you can get a bad download to fix itself after restarting your phone.
