American Airline delays caused by app, not iPad

Last night several American Airlines flights couldn't take off due to problems with flight plans. The cause is now known and, thankfully, fixed.

It affected less than 1% of flights, which is reportedly less than the average thunderstorm, but safety absolutely comes first.
