I confirmed with Apple and by looking closer on Amazon that Apple products are only sold by third parties, thanks for your help. Ordered a Space Gray 64GB from Apple.

I personally love Amazon but Apple does not mirror my sentiments. I don't think they'll ever sell an Apple product for the foreseeable future. I'm surprised that Amazon even has iOS apps but they realize that they would be alienating a huge demographic if they didn't.
