am I the only one with data transfer problems Apple Watch 3 cellular?

All my previous apps that pushed data back and forth between watch and iPhone are not working now. They are not finding the port or if they do the watch times out after 7 minutes and I lose the transfer. Even an app that was updated today can not open the watch transfer port.

Anyone else experiencing this problem? One programmer said the emulator doesn't work like the actual watch...
