All of my apps will not open? (Jailbreak)

All my apps will not open on my ipad after jailbreak and it won't fix after restarting ipad and trying to restore it just says error.

Welcome to iMore! I'm sure you can restore. I'm just not sure which way. This is why I don't jailbreak. The Apple OS is good enough for me. Hopefully someone who knows about this will come along and help.
