How do I get it to line up right.

If you mean the bottom wallpaper, it's made for zoomed view. You can switch to zoomed view in your phone's Settings. It's also for Plus size phone.

This seems like a good place to ask this question.

I am trying to get the live wallpaper to work on my home screen. When I preview it I see the live action and when I set it to the home screen it does not move.

What am I missing?

Live wallpapers only work on the lock screen when you press the screen.
They should really be called "animated" wallpapers.

I agree, all the credit should go to FireDept, he did a great job on this wallpaper (instant favorite). As you see by Ledsteplin's and my screenshot the Apple () emblem can be added for a multitude of different looks as well. Really KOOL wallpaper

I have 7 plus and it won't line up for either standard or zoomed. Maybe the wallpaper was uploaded in the wrong size?

Well I'm glad you figured it out. I was in the process of checking my post because I do have two versions of that particular wallpaper. I thought I made the mistake.
