All boxes except my sent box of my Ipad mini have been wiped out. What happened?

My trash box had a string of "no content" messages in it that I had not put there.

Yikes. If you go to a computer and look at your iCloud email, is it still messed up? If not, maybe try logging out and back into iCloud on your mini.
