I have an iPhone 8. Ever since I downloaded the latest update, the clock alarm sounds at 6am every single morning.
I’ve tried deleting all clock alarms. I’ve turned the “bedtime” function off.
It’s not another app, when the alarm goes off the notification on the screen actually says “clock” and I click into it and it takes me to the clock app which shows zero alarms set so not possible to turn the alarm off that is sounding!
It’s extremely frustrating. I’ve actually had to start turning my phone off and just use a proper alarm clock.
Please help!

Have you tried swiping the clock app out of multitasking, then launching it back? If that doesn't work, then try "Reset All Settings".
Go to Settings >General >Reset >Reset All Settings. This resets to default everything in Settings, including notifications, alerts, brightness, and clock settings like wake up alarms.
It's a little trouble, as you have to go through settings and reset stuff. But it should fix your issue.
