Am I missing something or is AirPlay only available on 4.3 iOS or something? I know I'm late to the party but just saw the AirPlay commercial

Yes. Apparently it's not available in the CDMA builds of iOS 4 (4.2.10).

As far as I know, only one AirPlay feature is missing on 4.2.10. You cannot stream videos taken with your phone to other devices. All of the other features I've tried works, including pandora, YouTube, photos, purchased video from iTunes, mp3s, tune in radio, etc.
