I got one of these and wondering if there is a way to put the apple iOS on it if so how do i do it and if not why.

No. Because it's wrong/illegal/unauthorized/whatever you want to call it. The iOS Firmware is property of Apple, and can only be Licensed to us users via the devices they manufater.

You're better off trying to flash Android on it, that is open sourced, iOS is not.

You can't. You need iTunes to flash the iOS on. iTunes is not going to recognize the device.
