After updating to 9.3.3 on my iPhone 5s, my contacts and the contacts app are all messed up!

I updated my iPhone 5s to 9.3.3 and now when I try to view contacts, the list has names but all the numbers are empty. When I try to look at favorites in phone app, it crashes and I can't add new contacts. But when I try to use Siri, the contacts do appear. Anyone have a fix?

First restart your iPhone.
Then go to iCloud.com/#contacts if you've enabled Contacts syncing for iCloud and see if the contacts are still there. (If you use another service look in their website.)
If your contacts don't reappear and you still can't add contacts, perform a restore of your iPhone in DFU mode and check again.
