After updating iOS 10 iTunes sys issue

After updating iOS 10 I m unable to sync music and pics to my iPhone
It's not detecting my phone on iTunes
Kindly assist what to do
I have iPhone 6 with me

I get the error message "iTunes could not connect to the iPhone because an invalid response was received from the device". I've logged out of iTunes, iCloud, deleted my phone as a device in iTunes and added it back. Can anyone help us?
