After installing iOS 9.0.1(13A404), "phone" icon which includes call history not working

After installing iOS 9.0.1(13A404), contacts icon which includes favourites,recents,cos,keypad,voicemail is not working. As such I am not able to see the call history. I get important calls regularly. Its becoming very difficult. I have to rely on contacts icon which is elsewhere and not the substitute of "Phone" icon. Thinking that its a memory problem, as my phone memory is 32gb and is almost full, I made 4gb free. Yet its not working.

Try a hard reset home and power until it reboots if that don't work I suggest a restore
