After 9.2.1 upgrade, no text or email notification sounds

Hi, is anyone who upgraded this week having an issue with the lack of sounds? Even the swooshes when an email sends are gone. Oddly, my alarm still goes off in the morning. I have looked throughout settings with no luck of finding something set wrong.

Did you check "Do Not Disturb" or your mute switch? You might have to reboot your phone if you haven't done so already.

Are alert sounds still enabled? Check @ Settings >Sounds.
Also go to Settings >Mail, Contacts and Calendar > email account > set alert tone.

Sound alerts were enabled. I ended up toggling the Do Not Disturb off, doing a hard reset, then turning toggle back on. Magically, or not, it is now working! Can't explain it but happy to have sounds back! Thanks for the feedback.
