activate iphone - it is asking me to put in the Apple ID I used when I first set up the phone???

I have changed the password a million times since `I set it up so how do I activate it?
My current Apple ID and password are working fine.

You "changed the password a million times" but what about the Apple ID? That's what it is asking you for. The Apple ID that it is still tied to.
