I accidentally deleted a whatsapp chat - I haven't backed my phone up for a month is there any way of restoring it without downloading any software? Appreciate your help!

Unfortunately that chat is lost if it is deleted.
Are you sure you deleted it and didn't archive it per chance?
Since a while it's also possible to archive chats.
Please check in the archived chats to see if it's there.
