Accidentally broke jailbreak (?) with iCleaner Pro

Alright I shouldn't have poked around in iCleaner Pro since I clearly wasn't enough competent, let's just get that out there from the get go. Now to the problem, I wanted to clean my messages (ca 700MB) so I started iCleaner Pro, choose the "smart" setting on messages and hit clean (so the default choices were activated). After that, nothing happens when i respring or reboot and no jailbreak tweaks/apps are working. Please help me, what can I do? Do I need to make a factory reset and redo everything?

Uninstall the tweaks and install again. If it doesn't work, you will need to restore and rejailbreak.
