Accessing All Files

Hello guys, I have a problem. My iPhone 3g screen broke =( so was wondering if there was a way to access all of the files on the iPhone?
Because i have an app that password protects all of my photos. So i was wondering if i could still could get access to these files? I have already tried using iTunes but that doesn't work.
So if there is any way I could get access to these files, I would really like to know =) It would be greatly appreciated! =)

If ur device was jailbroken u can use a few different programs to gain root access and move the files, pics, etc to ur computer. iFunbox, iExplorer to just name a few. Good luck
