A white line flashes abross the top of my 6 plus then it freezes and becomes unresponsive

It also opens random apps. Touching in one spot opens an app in another spot on the phone. Can it be fixed?

Have you tried a reset? That is hold the home button and power button together for about 10 seconds until the apple logo appears. This will cause the device to restart. It's like rebooting a computer. If that does not work then you might want to check with Apple about a diagnostic ad possibly a repair...
