A quick way of disabling notification sounds except alarm?

I use my iPhone 4s as my alarm clock. But I constanly get woken up by notifications from texts, games, emails, etc. Is there a quick way to turn these notification sounds off but leave the alarm sound on when I'm going to bed without having to go into settings and turn each off individually?

Use the mute switch on the side of the phone. The alarm will still sound but nothing else will.

It still vibrates when you have vibrate if silent option selected. Very irritating that there is no way to have 3 "profiles" selection easily actually without jailbreaking....

I really miss sound profiles, coming from BB. But the silent switch helps.
