A bit of my fudgicle melted on my iPhone 5c and the speakers are dull, do I have to replace them?

a bit of my fudgicle melted on my iphone 5c and the speakers are dull.

the speakers sound dull and blocked off. i tried getting it out with a toothbrush and tiny bits of cotton but its still doing it, and it would be easy to get out except that the 5c speakers are like these tiny little dots and its super hard to get in them.

Toothpick or SIM card key... There is a slight chance you may have damaged your speaker though. Good luck
