Hello! I haven't heard of anyone else having this issue. Apple has its software beta tested by developers and public beta participants well ahead of launch. You might try turning off keychain and then turning it back on and seeing if that knocks some sense into it. Let us know. We are happy to help.

Give phone call to Apple. And yeah this looks like you have old number with your Apple ID.

My keychain works well I'd disable keychain on all your devices, then enable one by one, starting with the device that has the most up-to-date keychain info.
