7.0.6 App/Tweak Problems

Just updated to 7.0.6 and rejailbroke my iPhone 5s and can't seem to get any of the tweaks to work.
"Gridlock 2.0" doesn't work for me and "Favourite Contacts 7" or "MultiTaskingGestures" are no longer showing up in Cydia.
