64k smartchip cingular with IPhone

Hi,
I got a 3G IPhone locked (I think). I am currently on AT&T without a contract (month to month) and have 64K smartchip cingular sim card. Can this card be used with IPhone, and what are good resources look at to get this Iphone jailbroken. I want to stay on AT&T but don't want a data plan. I use only 10-15 min or talk time and constantly have roll-over minutes that expire. Anyway, is this possible, and where can I get the program do do that. I have window vista os. BTW, how do I know that this Iphone is 3g?

This post confuses me.. As far as the card.. thats a pretty old card, you'll want to get a new one.. as for unlocking the phone and staying with ATT, just because you unlock the phone, doesn't mean you won't have to use a data package.. if you are with att(using their sim card), they will demand a data package.. which has nothing to do with minutes used. To find out if you have a 3g phone.. look on the back of the phone.. did you find this phone laying in the street somewhere?.. lol.
