6.1.3 update- iPhone 4 - Stuck on itunes logo and USB cable (cord)

i was updating my iphone 4 to 6.1.3 and now its stuck. It shows itunes logo and USB cable and nothing else, i tried to restore it thru itunes but no use. it keeps on restoring and in the end nothing happens. any help would be appreciated.

You can hold down your power and home button until you phone does a hard reset- you are forcing it to restart and this might clear it up.Best of luck and have a good day.
