It's an 800 meg OTA for the 4S. I guess that defeats the purpose of delta updates.

it would not allow me to update over 3G, which is odd since i was able to during the 5.0 beta process

back on topic; after using b2 all day i can definitely see an improvement on my battery performance. standby time is decent too
