4s thinner case

Been an OtterBox fan for years but recently picked up a 4s which is kid of a fat little phone and was wondering which cases a quite a bite thinner? The phone will be dropped due to neurological issues. Also, same question about a screen protector. After I get used to the 4s will more than likely be switch to a 6s or 6s+, whichever feel better in my hand and is not too large.

I use JETech cases. I really like them. Here is one for the iPhone 4s
