4s AFTER 8.3 UPDATE= NO WIFI NOW

phone worked great until update

as suggested on another site
preformed:
Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you?ve used before.

The phone will power off and turn back on. Upon it powering back on please dial *228 and option 1. Once that has been completed please dial #832 and retest connecting to WIFI.

still no wifi options showing

It is possible that the update became corrupted. Having said that, I recommend that you install a fresh copy of iOS 8.3 via iTunes and set it up as new. Afterwards, make sure you can access your Wi-Fi network. If successful, restore the backup you made prior to the update, if applicable.
