Just one, be sure to have him wipe his ID from the phone so won't have any issues setting up after.

The phone is fine but a little pricy I wouldn't pay more than 250.00 for it

I agree. At most $300 if they throw in all accessories both original and purchased.

Op: Did you ask what the phone comes with?

The beautiful thing about the 4/4s' is that you can get some really really triq replacement front and back covers. I saw this one that was a mirrored royal/electric blue and I still want a 4s so I can have that. $380 may be a bit much though, especially since you don't really really know how many charge/discharge cycles are on the battery.

Shouldn't you be able to get an iphone 5 for around that price?

Here in India..original iphone 4s 8gb new one price is around 27000rs i.e., 440$....5c is 675$ and 5s is 840$...

With that mentioned....Is that ok to spend 380 for 16GB 4S? Confused 😕

Oh ok gotcha. It's up to you really and how much you can afford. The 5/5c/5s are clearly better devices but the 4s is still a capable device if that's what you can afford. A 5/5s5c might not be as big of deal over there if you don't have lte. (Never been out of the south east United States so I don't know how your networks are over there lol.)

I think the price is way too high.

I sold my one year old 4S back in December that was unlocked, 16GB and was running 6.1.3 for $300 to some guy taking it back to India with him.

Well we didn't know you lived in India and the price difference but getting a iPhone 5 would be your best bet even if you need to pay more for it

Just pay whatever you're willing to pay and move on with your life. No one here will ever know what you paid so just make your decision and do it. Good luck.
