Hi,
I've got a copy of the 4.3GM for iPhone4 (3.1_8F190)
Is it safe to install this version?
Or is it better/safer to wait for official release?

You could install it, would update you to 4.3 ... The official release is only 6 days away, and you never know if they change something last minute as they did with 4.1 or was it the 4.0 to 4.01, lol can't remember but I do remember installing a GM only to discover that the launch OS was adjusted at last minute and the iTunes updater wouldn't detect the upgrade, so I had to restore to new and then apply the official OS. was kind of a pain.

what kind of computer are you trying to install it on? Are you trying to instal a .dmg or .ispw file?

What version of iTunes are you using? Try updating it to 10.2
