3gs youtube problem

i have new iphone 3gs, at home on wifi youtube does not load anything, my old 3g phone with os3 on the same wifi runs youtube fine, anyone has same issue or solution. both run fine on on 3G network.

restore not helping.
BUT what puzzles me is that if I connect to my neighbors unsecured wifi youtube works fine on the 3gs. I have an old b Dlink router 11mbps, my neighbor probably has a newer one, 44mps. anyone had this observation?
