3.1.2 3GS Jailbreak - Stuck to Itunes - Logo

I have jailbroken an iphone (3.1.2 ) 16gb 3GS wiith blackrain, but every time I reboot the phone the itunes icon comes up and it gets stuck in there( itunes says the phone is in recovery mode ) until you re-run blackrain, any ideas?
When jailbreaking The blackra1n app says your jailbreak is complete, but the app in the background says waiting for phone to reboot but nevercomes back
even though the phone reboots.

What you have is a tethered jailbreak. That's how it works. Do a search for "tethered jailbreak" and you'll see.

Thanks... Just looked at this.... Can you safely removing blackra1n? Or if you remove the app / restore through itunes will not boot anymore?

You're better off leaving it. You will run it from your pc any time you need to restart your iPhone.
