3.0 won't download!

Anyone else having this problem?

Everytime I get to a certain point in the download process I get an error message that I timed out.

I am using Road Runner internet so it can't be due to a slow connection.

just download the GM then, it has the same md5 has as today's release, so it's identical to today's release
