I just got my Macbook Air and I have a iMac.

I'm wondering how I can sync with both Macs without having to erase data.
Or if there is a way to make it so that only one of the iPhones (the iphone that is primarily with the Macbook air) can sync with that device.

Is there a iPhone backup file that needs to be moved to the Air to make it think that this is the first computer it has synced with?

thanks

Simple. Sync all your devices to MobileMe - that way, a change on any is replicated to the others. The first time you do it, do it from the one device that has all you want - then, when syncing other devices, select the option to replace all on that device with what's on MobileMe.
