My unlocked/JB 2G iPhone reads Version 2.2. If my phone crashes and I try and restore to Version 2.2.1 with quickPwn will I run into any issues?

If you restore via iTunes, it will install 2.2.1, which has baseband 2.30 and this will prevent it from being unlocked in the future.
