2.2.1 jailbreak

I have a jail broken phone using 2.2. If i jailbreak to 2.2.1 will i loose all my apps and everything i've installed sense my first jailbreak.

In terms of App Store apps or Jailbroken apps? You will never lose your App Store apps, those are stored within your iTunes account and can always be synced back. As far as Jailbroken apps - if you do the upgrade properly, yes you will lose it all.
