2.0 Not playing i Tune videos????Help!!

Hi, I downloaded my original iPhone with the 2.0 upgrade and now it will not play any video movies I down load from iTunes, it say "Can not play this type of video". Does any one have any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

i actually called apple tech support, and they basically led me through a restore, and that took off ALL my photos and music after it updated to 2.0. :/
