13 pro bad signal

I had to return my blue 13 pro due to bad signal that apple was unable to fix I have a graphite replacement coming next week they are out of blue.

What do you mean by "bad signal"? Bad wifi signal? Bad 4G LTE signal? Bad 5G signal? Also, what carrier are you on?

LTE and 5g compared to another 13 pro at apple store it was way off. On TMobile

Did you have the new SIM in it? The one that has R15 printed on it?

Brand new sim apple checked it out said probably bad assembly antenna issue.
